BIOGRAPHY
Based in Oxford, Felix has been playing drums for over 13 years performing over at 250 gigs across the United Kingdom and Europe, working with a wide variety of artists.
In addition to his extensive live and studio work, Felix is an experienced teacher having taught beginner and intermediate drummers of all ages.

Whilst ensuring it is exactly the sound and performance you want projected for your music. Felix has a wealth of experience having performed at numerous UK festivals, sell out shows at several major UK venues including Islington, Bournemouth and Oxford's O2 Academy's, Norwich's Waterfront, and Brighton's Concorde 2.

RECORDING SESSIONS
Finding your Drum Sound
Felix is highly experienced studio drummer who has worked with artists from country to punk. Felix can help you in creating the live drums for your music, through listening to your ideas and putting them into practice on record. While also being able to work with you in coming up with a drum sound tailored to best suit your music.
Furthermore, drums can be recorded from Felix's home studio on a top of the range Roland TD-30K electric kit ready to be exported to you. This kit can also be used to lay demo ideas down which, can then be sent to you to listen to. This allows you to do a lot of pre-production online before committing to any ideas, thus maximising your studio time to be as productive and creative as possible.
For acoustic recording Felix uses:
- DW Collectors Maple Kit 22/10/12/14
- DW Collectors Nickle over Brass Snare 14x6.5 and a collection of other snares.
- Wide selection of Sabian Cymbals made up of HHX/HH/AA and AAX for all situations.

DRUM TUITION
A Focus on Playing
Felix's lessons are customised to suit you. With a focus on playability not grades and exams. The aim is to get you playing along with your favourite musicians or within a band setting as quickly as possible and to maximise the enjoyment of drumming.
In light of Covid all lessons are taught on two socially distanced Tama drum kits, cleaned between each lesson with masks always worn. Having your own kit to use during lessons means no time is wasted with kit sharing maximising lesson playing time. Total beginners welcome. Felix is DBS checked and has also run drum groups in schools.
